This has been a recurring problem over the last few years. A Windows update keeps breaking how Microsoft Photos handles image files rendering one unable to delete the images.1> Microsoft Photos has been made integral to Windows 11 so you cannot delete the app and reinstall to try and repair the malfunction.2> It is insane to have to repeatedly run a recovery damaging your preferred setup of a computer in order to repair damage done by a Microsoft update.3> The fixes for this from Windows 10 either don not work at all or are unable to be tried under Windows 114> Doing a system
