Windows 10 (0x800705b4) BSOD when trying to update windows 10.

BSOD when updating Windows 10 home 22h2. DISM /RestoreHealth gets to 62.3% and then gets stuck.SFC /scannow is unable to fix all corrupted files.CHKDSK found no problems.I have tried startup repair, and resetting the PC. 0x800705b4 when trying to update.CBS log file: CBS.log
