Ran into this problem after deleting two apps called proccess lasso and mem reduct two apps that I downloaded my self and then i restarted my computer. Prior to this i just moved my windows os to my new ssd i installed using an app called minitool. im relaying this information because I seen a solution to this but the person asking the question said they do not care if they lose data but I do. So i dont know if the solution will help me. My computer doesnt go into automatic recovery when i try to press f1 it just comes back to the screen with the error.
