Windows 11 0xc00006d and xc0070005 cannot get past a corrupt pin

0xc00006d & Oxc0070005 My security pin on my XPS15 laptop no longer works. I tried automatic repair, uninstalling the latest updates, even reinstalling Windows (keeping my data), and various ways of altering the startup option, and nothing works. Without entering a pin, which I cannot update, I cannot access anything on my laptop. I almost know my long Bitlocker password by heart. What can I do?
