Windows 11 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 | Im trying to install windows 10 pro

Hi.I bought windows 11 pro 1 week ago and did clean install full wipe. After trying it i see there is a lot of mistakes in it and slow performance. So I wanted to go back to windows 10 pro. Keep in mind that both windows i have is on USB i bought original When i plug my USB in my PC and try to install doing a clean wipe with win10 and after it reboots automatically i get 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 fail safe_OS to boot something something. I Also tried doing it from the Motherboard where i choose USB UEFI as boot #1 and there i can choose operating systems 32bit or 64bit.me choosing 64bit but it keep
