Windows 10 "1" key accidentally disabled

I was randomly pressing buttons on my keyboard and somehow disabled my "1" key in the software.When I have filter key on and I press "1" it makes a sound like it is being pressed and if i hold shift and press it then I still get ! The "1" on my numpad works as well. And when I try to press "1" on my on screen keyboard it doesnt work same as on my kb. Im not sure what caused this.I've tried going into my language settings and changing the preferred language for my keyboard as well as disabling all the keyboard settings under ease of access such as filter key and sticky keys.
