I have a Windows 10 PC with 2 HDD that mirror each other, this is my movies and TV series database. There is an issue that has been persistant that I have no knowledge of how to fix or search to find the answer to. The easiest way is for me to explain the issue.When I begin to transfer a new movie or TV series to the Hard Drive, I begin hearing this medium level whirling/whirring sound (You could call it spinning). But for quite some time, while this sound is present, the File will not begin transferring to the Hard drives for atleast 2 minutes, sometimes much longer. I don't know why this hap
