Windows 11 1 year old Computer has just stopped working, unable to recover, make bootable disk

I have a new PC with Windows 11 that is less than 1 year old.For the past week programs have started to crash, data has become corrupted and I have been getting the Blue screen of death due to a multiple of errors.\I have tried to update my drivers but everything I download fails to unzip properly, specifically my NVIDIA driver says there is a 7zip errorI have tried a series of different things like running the windows memory diagnostic tool which said there was an issue, but at the end I got the BSOD due to "not enough memory to create a ramdisk device"I have run both SFC and CHKDSK.
