Windows 11 100% CPU usage from svchost.exe for about 30 seconds after launching games

So ever since I upgraded to Windows 11, I am facing a very weird issue that usually happens after launching a game. (Or other related applications, like the Xbox Game Bar)When the issue occurs, my CPU utilization will be pegged at 100% for around 30 seconds (on all cores, on an AMD Ryzen 9 5950X), which will cause the affected applications to take longer to load, which is annoying. Once these 30 or so seconds are over, things will go back to normal and everything will run smoothly again until the next time I launch one of the affected applications.This also does not happen every single time I
