Windows 10 1080p resolution wont fit on my screen on windows 10

I have been using windows 10 for a few months now, recently when i booted up my PC my resolution was 1366x768 even though i did not change it. I changed it back to 1920x1080 but now it wont fit my screen, i cant see the windows logo and the date section. I tried changing my resolution and 1680x1050 fits my screen perfectly but my monitor is not 16:10 its 16:9. I tried to change the scaling with AMD Catalyst it does not work. I cropped the part that i can see out of a screenshot, its not perfect but this is almost exactly what i can see on my monitor.
