Please can someone help with this it’s driving me crazy,so after updating my laptop to windows 11 23H2, my 12, HID Device stopped working and showed a code 10 - request for HID descriptor failed, because of this my touchpad isn’t working (also other devices have become hidden in device manager).I have tried everything, inc updating my bios and trying to go back to my old windows, and have even done a hard reboot.Sometimes the mouse comes back randomly but will quickly go away again after updating the laptop. also, I have tried to download a touchpad from hp website however it says it’s no
