Hello. I am having a weird issue with my Windows 10 PC for the last few months. This is a fairly new computer that was built by me last year with all new parts so I hope it's not a hardware issue.Issue #1 - Almost every time I turn my computer on in the morning, my taskbar and programs have weird increased size issues. This is fixed from restarting the computer, but when I turn it on again the next day this happens again.
