Windows 11 2 issues: Invisible desktop icon and inconsistency system font - can I restore system settings only in Windows 11 and keep all my files and apps?

Hi Everyone,I have two issues:1. The font on top of the app preivew is inconsistent with the Windows system font (i.e. not Segoe UI Variable), how can I change it?2. All of my desktop icons are invisible - I know they are on the desktop (when I right click there is a response from the app icon as below) but it is showing a grey thick bar instead of the icons.I go to Desktop Icon Settings and all icons are just disappeared:How can I fix the above two issues or can I simply reset the Windows 11 setting to default? (I know I can keep the file and reset the PC - however that would remove all my in
