Here is an image of what happens every time I try to do the Windows Update
- I have tried to do the updates from a thumb-drive, from the prompt generated by Microsoft directing me to do the updates, and directly from the Windows10Upgrade folder in system drive C root folder.
- I have tried to do a clean install (lose all the programs I have installed) and it will not complete correctly.
- Common error codes presented on screen include 0x80070005 and 0xc00000fd
- I unplugged all drives and USB connections except mouse and keyboard
- I unplugged all thumb drives and smart cards and camera memory cards
- I have tried to update with a minimal system load using MSCONFIG (using only Microsoft drivers)
- All drivers are up to date.
- I do want to keep my programs and data and just get the updates if at all possible
- I have cleaned the registry with CCleaner
- I have run Chkdsk on the System drive
Event viewer files can be downloaded at

Please help with this situation. There must be others encountering it. I have googled all the errors to no avail.
