Windows 11 2 Windows 11 Profiles - Unknown to me

Hello,Looking at User Profiles I see 4 profiles - 2 local accounts that I created - 1 I created with the eye of making it into a Microsoft Account and 2 others I do not recognizeDefault Profile - 372 MB Local Local modified 6.9/2022IIS APPPOOL/DefaultAppPool 2.76MB Local Local Modified 6/16/2022I understand the Default - but how do I see if there is a problem with it - the other I don't recognize at all. TIA
