Windows 10 20210710 Does anyone have a fix for this "Critical Error" message "Your Start menu isn't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in."

"Critical Error" message "Your Start menu isn't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in." appears after clicking on the Start button to exit my computer running Windows 10. Clicking on Sign Out Now does close the computer but I have no access to anything in the Start Menu. Fixes?
