Windows 11 2022-09 Cumulative update for Windows 11 KB5017859 fails to install with error 0x80248007

Hello.I just updated to Windows 11 22H2.But there is an update that keeps failing to install.The error code is 0x80248007.I have disabled Bitdefender Antivirus, in case it was interfering. But the update still doesn't install.How can I solve this without resetting Windows Update and losing the Update History and the ability to reverse an update?Thank you.
