I've been trying to troubleshoot 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310) failing to install for a few days. Tonight I discovered that it was successfully installed on 9/29. Update still wants to install it but it fails every time with error code 0x80070002.
