Windows 10 2023-11 cumulative update for windows 10 version 22H2 stuck at 20%

For a couple of days I have been trying to update my laptop and the update above keeps freezing at 20%, I have restarted my computer after running the troubleshooter, I have waited the time limit your supposed to which from what I keep seeing is 3 hours but none of it seems to have worked
