Windows 11 2024-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5040442) wont install. Install error - 0x80070002

This update stops at 25% of being installed. I looked at my CBS from a different guide and it said ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND. I got this update during the IT Outage on Windows. I'm on Windows 11 Pro.
