Windows 11 2024-10 updates KB5044033 & KB5044285 not installing

Is anyone else having issues installing those updates? I get "something didn't go as planned" at 96% and in event viewer shows error code 0x800f0922. I did SFC (no violations found), cleared update cache, changed to partition 1 and tried manually installing the updates from the update catalog, still no dice. I have updates paused until a solution is found/given.
