Windows 11 22H2 update - Stuck on "Working on updates 27%" for 4 hours

Hi! I have tried to install the 22H2 update on my HP Pavillion 15 laptop (Intel core i5, 11th Gen) twice. The first time it was stuck on the message Working on updates 27%Please keep your computer onFor 6 hours before I gave up and restarted my PC. Second time I tried it automatically deleted all the changes made after 2 hours and refused to be downloaded again. After 2 weeks (approx) I tried again but this time it is again stuck in the same message for the past four hours. Any solution as to why this keeps happening and how exactly do I solve this?
