Windows 11 22H2 update wiped out my hard drive, I am in a continual boot up

This morning downloaded the latest Windows 11 update to my computer 22H2 and when it got ready to boot up it would not finish. It kept going until a blue screen would pop up stating that my device ran into a problem and one of the notes was Driver PNP Watchdog. I have a version of windows 11 on a usb that I tried to download but once I get to which drive I want to load it on, there is no drive. I have been working on this for about 12 hours today.
