Windows 11 27" Win11 HP Pavilion All-in-One Extremely low or varying audio

Good Day/Evening,I bought an all-in-one Pavilion half a year ago and upgraded it to win11 right off the bat by recommendations. The pc is perfect in every way, but it started to develop some audio issues, getting more severe as time goes on. The issue I'm having is, with the built in speaker, even if I'm playing audio at 100% volume, the sound that comes out from the speaker is extremely low. So much so, that if the volume is below 36%, there's no audible audio at all, even if I'm playing something I know has a strong audio track. I've tested the audio with both bluetooth & wired speakers,
