Windows 11 2nd monitor turns solid white when a game is run in Fullscreen mode on primary monitor

After finally updating to Windows 11 I have a new problem. I used to play a full-screen game on the primary monitor while still being able to watch Netflix on a browser or keep another app open on the 2nd monitor. Now, if I try to do the same after updating to Windows 11 the 2nd monitor turns solid white. I can alt-tab and it shows correctly again, but if I go back into the full-screen app, it goes solid white again.1st monitor is a Samsung 40" 4k smart tv in 4k with scaling set to 200% so that I can read text2nd monitor is a DELL 24" computer monitor in 1080I've noticed 3 things.
