Windows 10 3 Displays detected in Windows. When using remote desktop connection only displays on single display.

I have 3 monitors setup. 2x Acer V246HL monitors connected via Display port to Dell E-Port Replicator PR02X. Using Intel HD Graphics 4000. The 3rd monitor HP 24MH is connected via a USB travel dock by VGA. All monitors display correctly in Windows and can be used fine with multiple applications. As soon as I go to use a remote desktop connection for work it defaults to only a single monitor. I have triple checked that the remote desktop icon / profile has been configured with the tick box to 'Use all monitors for my connection' Despite this setting, it is only displaying on one monitor.
