Windows 11 30 day security information

I‘ve changed my security information switched an old phone number to an E-mail address. In that case I had to wait for 30 days in order be able to access my account. And that’s what I thought the case is.. However the 30 days are over and I still can’t access anything. And I am in an urgent need to access my account!!!Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible
