Windows 10 32 bit apps not opening under Windows 10

I have noticed that some 32-bits applications did not open anymore after updating from Windows 10-21H2 to Windows 10-22H2, Even when running them in XP or Win7 compatibility.I had to go back to Windows 10- 21H2 to get them opening again normally.Can somebody explain me what has been modified in 22H2 vs 21H2 which leads to an exception when opening those 32-bits apps ?
