Windows 10 3D Builder simplify option not working

I have a 3D model I got from a drone photogrametry and I want to simplify it.When I'm in the simplify screen I chose 2 or 3 and it starts working but when finishes working the triangles are the same!I don't know why it dont simplifyThanks
