Windows 11 4k on streaming apps like max and amazon video

Im trying to figure out why apps like Max, amazon video, paramount, and etc eont recognize my pc and main monitor as 4k compatible. Games and Youtube recognize it, but nothing else. I have hdr enabled amd set to auto for my main monitor. For reference to, i have an rtx 3070 that can easily run streaming apps on 4k, but my ps5 runs them better solely because my.monitor is not being recognized as a 4k hdr device.
