Windows 11 50 strange apps listed in my startup, Lag in typing on the keyboard.

I have about 50 strange apps listed in my startup. My computer is running slow and has a lag in typing on the keyboard. I have an HP laptop with 16 ram and 1 TB hard drive. My drive is about half full. These apps do not list in the apps unistall in settings.
