Windows 11 59% of RAM USED WHEN NOTHING IS OPEN??

HELLO, I have 8 GB of RAM and task manager shows that I am using 55% - 60% of it. Is there anything I can do besides upgrading my RAM? I am clueless, please help, TIAthis is what Task Manage shows when I am writing this post asking for help 69% of ram is used!!!FYI, i am using windows 11, i have 256GB of internal storage and intel i7 processor this is a Samsung galaxy book pro 360 (laptop)
