Windows 11 6.2 GB ram usage when idle new pc Windows 11

Hello i have recently bought new Pc with 8GB ram and have updated all drivers as well as OS (windows 11) and its all up to date and when idle i get about 6-7GB ram usage is there a fix for this?? or do i need to downgrade to windows 10 , and if i need to downgrade how can i do that?
