Windows 10 6D Premier won't recognize new dongle

had to buy new dongle for 6D Premier Embroidery system and it worked well, but then I had to recover my computer and now the program won't recognize the new dongle, keep getting message that it's not the dongle that came with the program. How do I change get it to recognize the change.? I did receive a new password with the dongle, changed as they recommended. It worked at first now since the recovery it won't. Thanks.
