Windows 10 A bunch of files got added to my appdata/roaming and I don't know if I should delete them.

I download Photoshop from a sketchy website to not pay, and 10 gb of my storage got eaten up. Go to app data to see what was going on, and found a bunch of files had been added. I look most of them up, and they were some stupid sketchy apps. I deleted all of them, but I am afraid if I accidentally have deleted something that was already there, and not added from my PS installation. I saw the time they were added in my pc, and most of them were added a year ago in 2022, which is just so confusing cuz I didn't see them till now.
