Windows 11 A driver cannot load on this device - cpuz146_x64.sys

I have been having been seeing this dialog pop up recently but I can't find where it is coming from.Using Process Explorer I can see it has been started with:C:\Windows\System32\pcaui.exe -n 1002 -a "cpuz146_x64.sys" -e "\Device\HarddiskVolume7\Windows\Temp\cpuz146\cpuz146_x64.sys"I have checked the directory listed there but the file doesn't existc:\Windows\Temp>cd cpuz146 The system cannot find the path specified. I have searched the registry for "cpuz" but didn't find any references.Another thread appears to have the same issue but there isn't a resolution.Trying to delete the service
