Windows 11 A Dumpstack is on My files and my wall paper weirdly changed

So, as I'm about to log into a game I my laptop crashes and restarts upon restarting and logging back in my wallpaper changed to a bambo background and a dumpstack file I CANT access. Can I have some assistance or help here?
