Windows 11 A port on left side of hp laptop keeps disconnecting/reconnecting the USB devices when charger is unplugged

Hello, Everyone! I'm facing problems with my Windows 11 laptop, A USB 3.0 port on left reads a USB drive/Mobile phone without any issues when charger is kept connected but the moment I unplug the charger, The port on left side keeps disconnecting and reconnecting the devices connected. I tried everything like disabling the power management on USB Drivers and disabling the USB power save in power options but the problem still exists. is there any possible solution?
