in microsoft defender i have a problem that says i have a virus but i dont and when i start the action nothing happens. Now backstory time. So it started when i decided to "borrow" batman arkham city and i found it downloaded it and then scanned it. Then i removed the viruses and one was left that was removed. I tired every solution i found but nothing worked and i can delete the stuff from the "service" folder beacuse it all requared permission from the system but i cant change the ownership. The places that i should be able to click are gray and i cant click them. I tried to fix that too but
