Windows 11 A program called "System" use CPU util up to 30% (sometimes occurs)

Hello, recently I have an issue with my laptop, so sometimes when I just browsing or playing games and look up on the task manager I can see program called "System" taken up 30% while gaming and 15% at idle.... When I check through Process Explorer and find out System Idle Process taking the CPU util for about 80 (points or smth?).... Please I need permanent solutions for this issue. I've ran sfc and memory diagnostic, and also I've reinstalled this pc. I also can feel the difference between the program called "System" running high or low because of the higher refresh rate.
