Windows 10 A program that quickly manages monitors?

I have a 3 monitor setup but sometimes there are moments when I might just need one monitor working like when I'm watching a movie and don't need the other monitor's brightness distracting me. What program or setting can I utilize so that I can quickly change setups. At the moment, I need to manually go to the Windows settings and specifically disconnect each monitor and also reconnect when I need them back on. It's a bit time consuming. Is there a program where I can save certain setups so I can quickly switch between using all 3 monitors, using only one, only two, etc. (I think the best way
