I purchased two weeks ago a new computer with windows 11 o/s. The person who built it set it up by using a temporary @outlook.com email address and temporary password. It is working fine and is very fast booting up via a pin number which works very quickly so I am really very happy with it. I also have the licence key number. However when I attempted to go into account to change the sign in/password details the temporary password was rejected as incorrect. I contacted the person who built it to ascertain what the correct password was and he has lost it from his system. I tried the recover pass
