Windows 11 A shortcut to the Zoom app keeps appearing on my desktop even after I deleted it from my laptop

I had the Zoom app installed on my laptop with a desktop shortcut. A second one which appeared slightly different kept appearing on my desktop even after I deleted it.Eventually, I decided to simply uninstall the Zoom app entirely. Unfortunately, this didn't solve the issue.I was worried it might be a virus or something, so I performed a full system scan with Windows Defender, but it came out clean.
