Windows 11 A square appearing in file manager "Quick Access" tab

Nabil Faiyaz Arannya

"Quick Access" tab has a WHITE SQUARE on it whenever i open after closing the file explorer. But if i go from c drive or other files to home tab, the square doesn't appear. I have tried clean installing windows, yet its only shows up on 23h2 of windows 11. Any solution to this?
