Windows 10 A weird Performance overlay suddenly appeared and doesn't go away.

Hello, I have just been playing games and restarted my PC once and suddenly I have a weird Overlay on the top right corner of my monitor.It doesn't go away, even if I kill almost every task in task manager, and I closed everything in my task bar.It weirdly only fully works in a game, otherwise it just shows CPU and GPU usage.If anyone knows what causes this, please let me know!Thanks.I am on Windows 10.The Picture, because this forum just kept erroring out the image I wanted to upload...:Screenshot (209).png
