Windows 11 A white box appears on my taskbar and I can’t type in the search bar or other websites

Hi! I have a gateway but the version is windows 11 and when I go to the browser and try to type I can’t. There’s a white box around the three dots on the taskbar and I can move it with my arrows keys and tab key. It doesn’t show up anywhere else but on my browser but I can’t type anything on any website or on my pc. I can’t type in games either like for example ROBLOX. It takes me a couple tries to type a letter because I have to press they key multiple times and sometimes that doesn’t work at all. It also interferes when I go to type in my pin.
