Windows 11 A white X on battery icon and can't open Settings

There's a white x icon on the battery but I can still plug in and charge my laptop. Also, I can't open the settings, it just immediately closes and I can't take a screenshot in my laptop. Please help me and assist me. My laptop is Acer Aspire 7I want to upload a screenshot but it say's "error to upload"Please help
