Windows 11 A window opens and closes immediately at consistent intervals, followed by a Windows Terminal window opening

I've had this issue (I think) ever since I updated to Windows 11 version 22H2.Every time I boot my PC the same thing happens - a window keeps opening and closing at a specific interval, once it's done this about five times, a Terminal window opens saying "process exited with code 1".This is a pain as whenever this window opens, the focus shifts to this window and exits me out of full screen mode in an app if I'm in it.I've checked Windows Focus Logger and it says this window is "explorer". The window itself displays no information - it's just blank.I've tried to fix this using methods related
