Message: AADSTS50020: User account '[redacted]' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'dae89220-69ba-4957-a77a-47b78695e883'(Universal Print Native Client) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

This is the FIRST TIME I've heard of Azure Directory. This personal email has never been used for business before. I just graduated college so I have no experience using Azure. I don't understand why this is prompting me to add a new tenant. Please help?

I've tried opening Azure and that's another problem. This is my first time logging in Azure AD and I cannot add a tenant nor manage administrators. I have no idea what's going in. Please help
