Windows 11 accent colors

Hello.I have set accent colors .But in not appears the color to border of window for example to the notepad window.Is a bug?In which border window should appear the chosen color? (I try to upload my screenshots as png,jpg or jpeg but appears the message :failed to upload.Is an issue with the site?)
